Music Freedom Day 2016 honours victims of Paris terror attack.

a statement saying Music Freedom Day 2016 “is dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Paris attack and to the right to perform and listen to music without fear”. Music Freedom Day is observed every year on 3 March. Freemuse is currently pleading for engagement in making next year's Music Freedom Day a global event to display the power of music over threats and crimes against humanity. The Copenhagen, Denmark based NGO advocating freedom of expression in music is constantly publishing news and reports on censorship, harassment, detention, torture and killing of musicians, singers and songwriters in different countries all around the world.
